Methodology for Pricing

With respect to Shipments, we have specific weight and size limitations...
Volumetric weight = (L × B × H) / 5000

For example, if a shipment has the following dimensions:
• Length: 30 cm
• Breadth: 25 cm
• Height: 40 cm
→ The volumetric weight = 6 KGs

Customer Journey After Booking of Shipment on the Platforms

Depending on the pickup location, you will be shown two options:
• Ship2Gether Pickup
• Self-Ship (drop shipment at nearest hub)

In case of international shipments, after customs clearance in India, the shipment is sent to the destination country and handed over to local delivery vendors like:
• USA: UPS, USPS, FedEx
• Europe: DPD, postal networks
• Canada: Canada Post, UPS

RTO under Ship2Gether Direct Service:
• If undelivered, will be returned to local office.
• RTO charges will be billed (except for USA/Europe where reforwarding is possible at extra charge).

RTO under branded networks (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex):
• Returned to India unless destroyed per vendor policy.
• Charges apply and are billed to your account.
